Our Mission
Catalyst Education & Research Inc. is a Canada-based education organization operating as the authorized administrative representative for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) distance pathway in Turkey.
We manage the complete student journey — from initial enrollment and course planning through to graduation — in a structured and systematic way.
Our goal is to enable students to earn a globally recognized high school diploma without relocating to Canada, while providing families with trustworthy guidance throughout the process.

TVO ILC (Independent Learning Centre) is an official online high school within Ontario's publicly governed education system. It provides secondary school credits and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) — the same diploma recognized by universities across Canada and the world.
